What happens if I miss a call?
All calls are recorded and shared within 24 hours. Many men catch up when needed and stay engaged through the private group and weekly check-ins.
How much time do I need each week?
Plan for 90 minutes live on Tuesdays, plus 20–40 minutes daily for weekly practices and reflections. This keeps you engaged without overwhelming your schedule.
