Who is Foundations for?
Foundations is for any man ready to deepen his presence, power, and integrity — whether you’re new to men’s work or already experienced. It’s perfect for men in transition: stepping into fatherhood, leadership, or simply wanting stronger relationships. Foundations is designed to give men a deeper experience of life.
What happens if I miss a call?
This is a committed container. We expect all men to be present for every call, as the strength of the group depends on each man showing up fully. We also understand life happens, and if you know in advance you’ll need to miss a call, just communicate with us. (All calls are recorded and shared within 24 hours.) That said, if more than two calls are missed without prior discussion, we’ll assume you’re not able to meet the level of commitment required and you may be asked to leave the program.
How much time do I need each week?
Plan for 90 minutes live on Wednesdays, plus 20–40 minutes daily for weekly practices and reflections. This keeps you engaged without overwhelming your schedule.
What if I have questions or need support?
You’ll have access to a private group to connect with the facilitators and other men, to ask questions or ask for feedback and reflections.
How is this different from other men’s groups?
