The pressure to hold it all.
To perform. Provide. Prove.
But deep down, you long for something more.
You don’t need another podcast. Another hack.
You need space.
You need stillness.
You need other men beside you in the wild.
This retreat is not about fixing.
It’s about remembering.
The real you—beneath the noise, the numbness, the roles.
When the air is thick with the scent of pine, and the only agenda is presence.
A return to something ancient.
To something buried under the weight of modern life.
To the medicine of men in nature.
WHAT YOU'LL EXPERIENCE
The Wild: Step into the stillness. Away from the noise, the screens, the weight of the world. Let the forest strip you bare, until only what is real remains.
The Fire: Sit with men who speak the truth. No masks. No small talk. Just presence, challenge, and the kind of brotherhood that sharpens you.
The Body: Move. Hike. Fish. Breathe. Feel the ground beneath your feet, the cold bite of the lake, the raw heat of the fire.
Come fully alive.
The Primal: Pull fish from the water. Feast on wild game cooked over open flames. Drink water straight from the source. Dine like men have for thousands of years.
The Depth: Drop in. Let Her pull you deeper. Through silence, through stillness, through the practices that bring you back to your center.
You’re done carrying the weight in silence — the pressure to keep it together, to show up, to never crack.
You need space to breathe. To drop the mask. To hear your own voice again.
You’re not looking for small talk or surface-level bonding — you want real, raw brotherhood. The kind that sees through the bullshit and meets you where you are.
And deep down… you're hungry for something ancient.
A kind of nourishment your soul has perhaps never experienced.

Navardalen is a place that defies description—it’s more of a feeling than a place you can put into words. That feeling begins the moment you turn onto the gravel road, winding its way through a dense, magical forest, leading you into a hidden wilderness.
When you park the car, you are met by a natural portal—soft beds of green moss and towering fir trees welcoming you in. As you walk further, the path opens up, revealing the vast embrace of three mountains and the mighty Navarsjön. The walk to the main facility is unhurried, and with each step, you can feel your body and soul settling into stillness.
A small stream crosses your path, offering water so pure it surpasses anything from the tap. Here, you are surrounded by more wild animals than people. Bears, golden eagles, moose, wolves, wolverines, and lynx roam the forests, while trout and char glide through the water.
There is no electricity here, no modern distractions—only the scent of birch wood in the air and the glow of firelight, lanterns, and flickering candles. Navardalen is a place where the soul can exhale, where time slows, and where nature reminds you of something ancient and true.
Our shared accommodations are cozy, rustic, and beautiful,
built to strip away distractions and reconnect you to the essentials of life.
Wooden cabins, comfortable bunks, and the crackle of the fire nearby—
this is where men gather, share stories, and prepare for the day ahead.
No waking up to look at your phone. No wifi. No electricity.
At night, you’ll fall asleep to the sounds of the wild,
and wake to the crisp morning air, ready to go even deeper.
Every meal here is real, nourishing, and unapologetically wild.
The food you’ll eat is sourced from the land, prepared with intention,
and deeply connected to the experience of being a man in nature.

Into the Wild is for men who feel the pull to step outside their daily routine and into something primal, raw, and deeply grounding. It’s for those who crave time in nature to reset, reconnect, and remember who they are beyond the noise of modern life. To receive the medicine and soul nourishment that only time in nature with other men can provide. Leaders, fathers, and seekers – Those who hold space for others but rarely take time for themselves. Men who feel stuck or uninspired – The wild has a way of shaking loose what no longer serves you. No prior experience with nature immersion is needed—just a willingness to show up, step in, and let the land do its work.
