QUESTIONS
Who is ORIGIN for?
Origin is for men feel the call to lead their lives from a deeper, more embodied place. Men who want to take greater responsibility for their lives and show up as more present, grounded husbands, partners, fathers, and leaders. You may be feeling lost, stuck, isolated, or overwhelmed... Your wife or partner may have sent you this link... You may be looking for something deeper than surface-level friendships... If you are looking for true brotherhood, connection, vitality, and depth — Origin is for you. We welcome men of all ages, ethnicities, religions, and backgrounds.
Do I need any men's work experience?
No. Every retreat, we have men who are first timers and men who have been around this work for years. Our events are catered to all men of all levels. All are welcome.
What are the dates / times?
Origin runs from 2:00pm on Friday, September 11th through 5:30pm on Sunday, September 13th, 2026. You'll need to be on-site by 1:00pm Friday for check-in. There will be no late arrivals or early departures — you are expected to stay for the entire duration of the experience.
What is an "immersion"?
Origin is an immersion, which is different from a retreat. Where a retreat allows us time to create distance from regular life and disconnect, immersions are about doing the deep work amidst being in the world. We'll meet every day at our "sacred space" and we will go out into the world to eat lunch and dinner and sleep at night. These are opportunities to practice integrating doing deep work while still immersed in the world.
Is food and accommodation provided?
No. As this is an immersion style event, accommodation and food is not provided. Our location is next to plenty of restaurants and places to find food as well as Airbnbs, hotels etc.
